I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for all of us. The service was superb, with a staff that was always pleasant, responsive, and extremely friendly - even when I arrived at 1am. The location was perfect, near the Granite City Brewery and in the best area for us to explore charming downtown Franklin. The dining experience was tasty and hot, with plenty of choices and a lovely 5:30pm free drinks and hot food perk. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed during my stay.
I was on an upper floor with a great view, just as I had hoped for. The rooms were clean and accommodated all my needs. Enjoyed a nice breakfast and evening reception that allowed me to relax without leaving the hotel too much. The hotel's proximity to the elevator and ice machine, which I usually don’t prefer, was a minor inconvenience.
